Thomas Szabo joined ARM in 2021 as the Executive Administrator. He has over 6 years of operational experience in the federal government and non-profit sector. Prior to ARM, he was the Special Assistant to the President and Director of the White House Management Office, where he delivered superior customer and operational support to the President of the United States and 1,500 members of the Executive Office of the President. He was also responsible for all operational, financial, and logistical support for the White House Complex while partnering with the United States Secret Service, National Park Service, General Services Administration, White House Military Office, and the Executive Residence.
Prior to the White House, Thomas served as the Operations Manager at a non-profit organization in Arlington, VA focused on advocating for removing barriers to youth employment such as occupational licenses and regulations harmful to the sharing economy through grassroot efforts.
